Why coaching
I'm a leader, technologist, speaker, and competitive power lifter. I offer person-centered coaching for personal and professional development, specializing in the tech industry.
I started this practice because friends and colleagues already trust me to advise them on career moves, burnout recovery, negotiations, and more. It is so rewarding to hear that my friend's partner got a $13k raise and about my colleague's new management role. I can write articles and speak at conferences offering great advise on specific concepts but every framework must be customized for each individual's circumstances. That's where one-to-one coaching shines.
